Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY!! We bought this washing machine for our new house and broke after only about 10 uses. When I rang Harvey Norman I was told I had to deal with Samsung. I rang Samsung to send out a repair man and this took about 2 weeks. He didn't have the part so left again and came about a week later only for it to be still not fixed. We are waiting for him to return and we are now nearly 5 weeks without a washing machine. Disgrace that we are this long without a washing machine considering it was new. A new washing machine should not need new parts!!
