Mac and iPhone devices are typically serviced with a same unit repair solution, meaning parts are replaced using genuine parts from Apple. Certain iPhone issues are resolved with a whole unit replacement where the entire device is replaced. Our accredited technicians follow Apple’s official service documentation to ensure the correct solution is provided.

Despite popular belief, the authorised service solution for iPads, iPods, Apple Watch and Apple Accessories is a whole unit replacement. iPhone devices may be eligible for whole unit replacement, depending on the issue. Our accredited technicians follow Apple’s official service documentation to ensure the correct solution is provided.

(No Trouble Found)
Warranty services are offered free of charge, provided the device and issue are covered by Apple Limited Warranty or an AppleCare plan. Inspection fees apply in cases where a device is deemed ‘no trouble found’ or is not covered by the scope of any warranty coverage. For more information on pricing, visit Non-Warranty Services.

Our full suite of solutions is available as warranty services, as well as chargeable non-warranty services. If your issue falls outside of the scope of your warranty, our team will provide a quotation for the solution you need.
Quotation
Regardless of your warranty status, our process remains the same. All devices are inspected and diagnosed in accordance with Apple’s official service documentation.
Assessment
Once it is determined that the issue is not covered by warranty, a quotation will be issued. If the quotation is accepted, the service will continue as normal. If the quotation is declined, a diagnostics fee will be required.
