Harvey Norman offers three different finance options:

• Humm – Covers purchases for electrical, furniture and bedding items.

• Tech Credit – Covers purchases for computer and technology items.

• Quick Credit – Covers purchases for furniture, bedding and homewares items.

Humm and Tech Credit can be used both online and in store, where Quick Credit can only be used in store.

• A valid photo ID (passport, drivers’ licence).

• Be over 18 years of age.

• Have a monthly income of at least €1,500 per month.

• Proof of PPS and home address.

• A debit/credit card.

• A good credit history.

For Humm orders, the minimum amount that can be financed is €1.00. The maximum amount that can be financed is €30,000.

For Tech Credit orders, the minimum amount that can be financed is €250.00. The maximum amount that can be financed is €5,000.

It does not take long to be approved for finance, it would usually take up to an hour to be approved or declined.

Yes, you can log into the Humm customer portal and pay the finance off early. If you go onto the “make a once-off payment” option on the portal, it allows you to pay off the finance early. You can do this as many times as you like. There would be no penalties for paying this off early and you would not be charged any more interest.

Yes, this can be changed through the Humm customer portal.

There would be interest on Tech Credit Orders and Humm orders on Furniture & Bedding products paid for over 48 months or 60 month.

The Humm/Tech Credit option may not appear if the product you are looking to purchase is under the minimum finance amount. This may not appear if there are a mix of items covered by Humm & by Tech Credit in your basket.
