How do I use Click & Collect?
1. Select ‘Pickup’
Use the ‘Pickup’ option at the checkout and choose your preferred pickup location.
2. Ready for collection
A ‘Ready to Collect’ email will be sent to you by us, when your purchase is ready for collection.
3. Pick up in store
On arrival to our dedicated Click & Collect area, please have the following ready to present:

Your current, valid driver's license or passport.

A copy of this email.

The bank card used to purchase the item.

Choose Contactless Click & Collect
You can also opt to use Contactless Click & Collect to pick up your purchase.

Click the link in the 'ready to pick up' email to let the store know you're on your way.

What does Free 2 Hour* Click & Collect mean?
When you purchase in-stock products from us, you will receive a ‘Ready to Collect’ email from us indicating that your purchase is ready to be picked up from your selected Harvey Norman store in as little as 2 business hours.
When does the 2-hour timeframe begin?
The 2-hour time frame will begin once you receive an order acknowledgement email from us.
What is Contactless Click & Collect?
You can now safely collect your purchase from the car park of your selected pickup store, completely contact free.

Use the ‘Pickup’ option in the cart and choose your preferred pickup location.

A 'Ready to Collect' email will be sent to you when your order is ready for collection.

Click the ‘I'm on my way’ link in the email for instructions on where to park.

On arrival, stay in your car and click the ‘I'm here’ button and provide your car details to help us find you.

A staff member will safely deliver your purchase to your car, completely contact free.

How will I know when my item(s) are ready to collect?
You will receive a ‘Ready to Collect’ email from us.
What do I need to bring when I collect my order?
On arrival to our dedicated Click & Collect area, please have the following ready to present:

Can I nominate someone else to collect my online order in store?
If you wish to nominate someone to collect your online order, please contact our Online Customer Service team. Please note that the person collecting the order must have a valid photo ID and a copy of the ‘Ready to Collect’ email.
What does it mean if products are marked ‘Available to Order’ for pick up at my selected location?
If a product is marked 'Available to Order' at your selected Harvey Norman store, this means that your products cannot be collected from your preferred pick-up location on the same day you place your order. The ‘Available to Order’ products should be available for pick up from your preferred location at a later date. You can still select this store for Click & Collect and complete your purchase and our store teams will be in touch with further information.
You will receive an ‘Order Acknowledgement email followed by a ‘Back Order’ email, indicating that your purchase has been ordered by our team. Once your products become available for pick up from your selected store you will receive a ‘Ready to Collect’ email from us.
How do I change the details on my Click & Collect order?

Can I return/cancel my Click & Collect order?
All Click & Collect orders are subject to the Harvey Norman Online Order Returns Policy. If you wish to cancel an online order, please contact our Online Customer Service team via email.
