What is Contactless Click & Collect?
Our Contactless Click & Collect service allows you to conveniently place your order online and pick up your items from any of our 16 store nationwide* without leaving your vehicle.
*Please note: This service is currently not available when collecting from our warehouses.
How does the process work?
You can now safely collect your purchase from the car park of your selected pickup store, completely contact free.
Use the ‘Pickup’ option in the cart and choose your preferred pickup location.
A 'Ready to Collect' email will be sent to you when your order is ready for collection.
Click the ‘I'm on my way’ link in the email for instructions on where to park.
On arrival, stay in your car and click the ‘I'm here’ button and provide your car details to help us find you.
A staff member will safely deliver your purchase to your car, completely contact free.
Is this service available for all items on your website?
Yes, our Contactless Click & Collect option is available for all items that are available for collection from our stores. Large items such as Furniture, Whitegoods & Large TVs may be on display in the store, but stock is held in an off-site warehouse. You will be notified where your order is available for collection from in your ‘Ready to Collect’ email.
How much does Contactless Click & Collect cost?
You can avail of our Contactless Click & Collect service for free! You only pay for the cost of your products. Please choose ‘Pickup’ as your fulfilment method at the checkout.
When can I collect my order?
When you purchase in-stock products from us, you will receive a ‘Ready to Collect’ email from us indicating that your purchase is ready to be picked up from your selected Harvey Norman store in as little as 2 business hours.
I have received my item, but it is damaged, what should I do?
If you have a problem with a product that you wish to discuss, please contact your store of purchase within 3 days of delivery. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and manuals. You can find the store contact details here.
