Object recognition
Object Recognition technology identifies and classifies different types of objects and furniture11, mapping the location of them. Jet Bot™ will then clean closely around general items, keeping a safe distance from fragile objects or avoid anything dangerous 12.
Zone control
Using the SmartThings App2 you can create “no-go zones” or virtual walls by selecting locations on a map of your home. They prevent the robot vacuum cleaner from going into the areas without having to set-up physical barriers.

How Do I Use My Clean Station™?
Simply detach the dust-bin from your Cordless Jet™ and insert into the Clean Station™. Once in, the bottom lid of the dust-bin is designed to open, to securely empty vacuum dust from the bin without scattering it back into the air.
Should I Buy a Robot Vacuum?
Robot vacuums are great for people short on time or away from home frequently. You can schedule some robot vacuums, so that they can start cleaning your home remotely*. With a light and slim design, a robot vacuum can clean hard-to-reach places. This includes slipping underneath low level furniture, making them potentially indispensable for anyone with mobility issues.

How Can I Connect My Jet Bot™ to SmartThings?
Samsung SmartThings offers an intuitive way to control your smart devices. With the SmartThings App* you can connect and control your Samsung Jet BotTM, including remotely from any location, using SmartThings on your phone, Samsung TV, Family Hub or with your voice using Bixby, Alexa and Google*. With new features such as customised cleaning zones and the Jet live monitoring camera you can stay in touch with your Jet BotTM and your home, wherever you are.

Does Wattage Effect the Vacuum Suction Power?
All vacuum cleaners made or imported in the EU must have a motor of 900w or less. There is no evidence to suggest that vacuums with lower wattages are worse at cleaning. Vacuum cleaners are given an energy efficiency rating, the most efficient models are A-grade. Samsung models offer an environmentally friendly 210W, with a Turbo Mode function for trickier areas.
