Customer service
Terrible customer service.
Bed was rotten when it arrived. Trying to get a replacement was an awful experience.
All problems pushed back to me by Helpdesk. I had to go to Carrickmines to resolve. I had to order a new bed. I had to follow up re refunded money. I had to call customer service x 3
Despite multiple promises (broken) I am still due a refund of €200 and 10 days later this hasn’t been processed. Follow up calls promised but again radio silence.
Customer left in the lurch with no assistance whatsoever other than the Carrickmines store manager Marty who tried to help as best he could despite it not being his issue.

Terrible
I bought this a month ago and 6inch gap between end of mattress and frame of bed, everything falls off bed into drawer below. Was told gap was for quilt. Do not buy as does not match sample on website or in shop

Huge gap between mattress and end of bed
Very disappointed with this purchase. The 5ft bed frame and mattress do not align and a nearly a four inch gap is showing - 7inches when you add the bed frame. Was told it was how it’s made - should not be sold if our mattress sizes are too short for this range.

Bed’s too big for mattress
Once assembled the base of the bed is 5 cm bigger than the equivalent size mattress, thereby leaving the frame exposed. The product is not shown as advertised.
