Quality bed, issues with damaged/incorrect parts
We just bought a house and needed a bed. We opened the box to find one of the parts damaged. The replacement part took 5 days to arrive.
When we started to put the bed together we found there were 2 left legs. We managed to pull out the gold pronged tee nuts out of one and re insert them on the other side. The manufacturer must have inserted these on the wrong side or the shipper gave us a wrong leg.
Otherwise, it was easy to assemble.
After many nights on the floor, we eventually had a bed. It is good and sturdy, and looks great.

Very disappointed with Hamilton bed - Not fit for purpose
Beautiful looking bed but that is where it ends.
Very poor design. Side panel had to be replaced as the bed broke. Very inadequate screws holding it together.
HN admitted there was a design fault and said it had been rectified. Bed was replaced. Still have problems. Bed continues to creek. Expensive bed for what it is and not up to standard.
I note that HN do not have the bed on display in Nutgrove store even though they are selling the bedside lockers and drawers. Does this not suggest that there is a problem?
Staff told me that this was the only problem yet bed installer said he had to replace several beds. Alan, the bedding section manager not going out of his way to help.
Will probably have to get my solicitor involved to bring things to a head.

Hamilton King 5" Bed and 2 Lockers
Excellent Quality, very sturdy, the bed is so comfortable. The lockers are stunning, the drawers are very roomy they hold a lot and they have soft closing. The set looks absolutely gorgeous in our bedroom. Really good value for money. We are so happy with our purchase

Great bed and customer service
I love it, looks exactly the same in real life as the images online, built really well and sturdy.
I purchased another bed from a different company which took five months to arrive, and when it arrived it was the wrong bed. After a terrible customer service experience I went to Harvey Norman who couldn’t have been friendlier or more professional. I ordered the bed on Thursday afternoon and it arrived by Saturday morning. Really happy with my purchase, thanks guys!

Faulty parts
Received this bed frame without screws, instructions, and leg holders. When I finally received the leg holders they did not fit. I took me several attempts to get the staff to help, as they did not admit the issue initially until other customers had the same complaint. Two weeks after I have to ask for refund as there will be no stock for 3 months!

Faulty from the start.
When the bed arrived there were parts missing and i had to wait for them.
With in 12 months I had Harvey Normans out to fix the bed twice ,the side rails came away from the headboard. When it happened a third time I was informed that the warranty was for two years. DO NOT BUY THIS BED.

good for flat pack
Quality of the furniture is really good and looks exactly like the web site. Really disappointed you have to put it together yourself as it is not mentioned on the website that it is flat pack
