I understand there are other reports from other customers about this same problem Dave, but sadly, we really don't have a way of replacing this. I do apologise Dave. This is not the experience we wish to create for any of our customers. At Samsung, we want all of our customers to have a great experience when using our products so I very much regret that you haven't been able to do so on this occasion. Battery Base Died Recently
I used the battery base, maybe once or twice, it's a year old device. I left it to charge overnight, with the bottom light flashing white, I take the projector and the battery today to use, only to find that it wont turn on or show any sign of life.
Reading other reviews, it seems that this pack stops working after a year, it's like it's had some code programmed in to stop working after a certain time!???
Very disappointed that Samsung is not taking note of this issue by the looks of public reviews.

Stopped working after a few charges!
18 months old, used half a dozen times and the battery now refuses to charge! Called Samung support to get assistance but was told out of warranty. Absolutely shocked at Samsung's attitude towards customer satisfaction and even more appauled at Samsung's batteries life expectancy! Incredibly disappointed with this product and it's unreliable design.

Do not buy
I bought this just over a year ago, used 4 or 5 times and worked really well. Like most other people who have bought it, the battery eventually stops working and won’t charge after minimal use and Samsung aren’t interested. It has taken me a long time to buy anything Samsung after the last warranty issue I had with them and I think I have learned my lesson with them this time.

1 month out of warranty and stopped charging like everyone else, Samsung doesn't care and won't help. Looks like an obvious design fault.

Faulty Product No interest from Samsung
As with everyone else - it stopped working just out of warranty. I don't mind if a product is faulty - mistakes happen, but when a company ignores the voice of an large number of people who have the same issue - that's when it's time to leave that company completely.
