I have recently bought this watch for health and fitness purposes. The watch feels very solid and high quality while also being light and not affect you in your daily activities. The sport band is very comfortable and holds the watch on thigh. I use the watch when in the gym, swimming, shower, sauna and never had a problem with it as water and sweat dose not affect the watch. You can also use it to read emails, check notifications and use maps. It is very accurate to tracking your steps and calories and I would highly recommend this watch for this purpose.
