All drives from LG support the new Millenniata blanks, which only resemble their DVD counterparts in shape. Due to the material connection of the new disc and the associated burn-in of the data, moisture and high temperatures cannot affect the readability of the data and that for 1,000 years.

Power Supply Via USB

This burner does not need a separate power connection: the power comes directly via USB, so you can save yourself a cable.

Silent Play

I'm glad I have it now as it's wonderful for taking on holidays where there might not be any wifi for all these new-fangled streaming services.
