Very good product apart from it’s self destruction
The first one that I got, arrived broken but Harvey Norman were extremely proactive and replaced it without an issue. Anyone considering buying this should definitely know that if the machine gets damaged, it basically self destroys. If it gets dropped or it thinks it is being broken into, it will completely shut down and can not be fixed/reset and must be replaced. Apart from this feature, the machine is great and makes receiving payments so much easier.

Good value card reader
The sum up card reader has so far performed well.
The wide range of cards it accepts is a big advantage over the likes of revolut. Combined with no subscription and low transaction fees makes it a winner.

A quality product. Easy to set up and easy use.
A quality, well packaged unit. Easy step by step set up guides, app was quick to download and use. Once app is downloaded and phone is paired to sum-up unit that's it. Input amount to charge and tap card. Instantly updates on app and money was in my account after 2 days less a very small commission. I love that there isn't a monthly charge, you only pay when you use it and it issues a monthly statement at the end of the month. Very reasonable outlay for such a well made product. I will get a lot of use out of it I the run up to Christmas.

Nice little unit. Provides seamless solutin for small transactions and processing payments by customers with ability to upgrade to.onkune payments . How can you not like WiFi enabled devices when you were the one who helped I invent the tech back in 88 -93! Never got compensated so who knows maybe this is a chance to get something for my hard work. Other than a sample of the actual first WiFi chip in the world .

Quick turnaround from ordering to receiving my email confirmation that my item was ready for collection. On arrival in store, there was no staff at the collection point with numerous staff in the area but everyone walked by without enquiring if I needed assistance. I had to walk to the cash desk and ask if someone could help where someone came by. Pity the service in store didnt reflect the ordering experience.

More than expected
Great little item and even better i got it when on sale.
It is so easy to use and set up. I actually downloaded the app and had my on-line shop set up before i even collected the terminal. Then all i had to do was connect via Bluetooth and my mobile hotspot on my phone when im out and about at a market.
Couldn't recommend highly enough as i hardly carry cash anymore either.

Oh my gosh, let me tell you about the Sum Up Air Card Reader! It's super-duper amazing! It's this cool thing that lets you take money from people using their cards. You just plug it into your phone and boop, it's ready to go!
It's soooo small and cute, like a little toy. You can take it everywhere, even to the park or the ice cream shop. And it's not hard to use at all. You just tap on the screen and the magic happens! Beep beep, money goes into your account. It's like having a magic money machine!
You know what's the best part? You can even take money without touching anything! You just wave the card near the little machine and it beeps again, and you're all done. It's like waving a wand and making money appear. So cool!
And guess what? It's not expensive. It's like buying a yummy candy at the store. Your mom and dad will be happy because it doesn't cost a lot of money. And when you make money with it, you can buy more toys or go on fun trips with your family. Yay!
