Great Product.........I you have very poor broadband/fibre
You know when something is too good to be true......well this was it. Great deal on price but then fund once it was installed that it wasn't compatible with fire broadband above 2.4ghz.
No doubt there was something in the small print that I should of read.

You get what you pay for
I bought this to replace an old Canaon which did not connect to the hub. This printer does that but has nowhere near the print quality.

I am over the moon with my printer. Just one problem when my ink ran out you sent me the wrong ink and can't find out how to get the right ink.

Great value
A fabulous, compact and light printer. I am delighted with it as I can easily move it around in my small home as required. The price was amazing for this all in one document Fed scanner/copier. I have other more expensive office printers that are much heavier and therefore difficult to move. They were more expensive but do not work any better. Highly recommended for those with small spaces as it can easily be put in a cupboard if necessary to free up space.

Replaces a trusty old HP inkjet
Bought this to replace an HP printer I had used for almost 20 years. Sadly couldn't source HP45 cartridges anymore so replaced with this. I once owned a Canon which dried up between uses, I'm not a heavy user so a few sheets a month is all and my previous HP was always ready when required, hope this new one is as good.

Poor Help.
The printer is great however even though the Word document format is correct on my iPad it always prints in narrow format on the printer. I have tried to contact HP through the app but I can't get anywhere and it just keeps saying “Somethings happened try again later”.

I bought this printer to replace my old one as it was on sale at a very competitive price. It is very efficient and does all the functions I require at home. The set up was easy to follow and once in service, no issues were encountered. Would recommend this printer.
