Indoor Running

For your indoor track or treadmill sessions, this heart rate monitor transmits pace and distance to your compatible Garmin smartwatch, so you can get the data you need no matter where you train.

Store and Forward Data

During workouts such as strength training and HIIT, you can start and stop an activity on your compatible Garmin smartwatch1. Even if you remove your watch and leave it out of range, HRM-Fit stores the data then sends it to your watch when your activity is saved.

Activity Tracking

If you aren’t wearing your watch, the heart rate monitor captures steps, calories burned, intensity minutes and all-day heart rate. It even updates all your Garmin devices via the Garmin Connect smartphone app.
