Only works with fitbit app.
Doesn't sync with Loseit like the description claims. Only the more expensive version will do that, not this one. Also seems pretty inconsistent with weight - I weighed myself 4 times in a row and each time I stepped off and back on it gave a different weight. It's good, but unless you use the fitbit app as your main health tracker it's not really any different to a regular digital scale.

Not sync with the app, no adequate support Fitbit
Present from my husband, Charge 5 + Aria Air scale. Super happy with the watch but the scale doesn't sync with the app. Trying to get it sorted for a month now. Helpdesk is escalating and every time an email with instructions that we all followed several time, but it doesn't sync. Scale is going back to HN.

Not a lot of functionality
Phone needs to be right beside the scale for it to sync. Good for the convenience of not having to manually input your weight on the app, but that's the only functionality this scale has over a normal scales. Not really worth the price.

Fitbit scales
Nice scales but a bit over priced. I bought it to link with my fit bit watch but it gives you the impression that it can measure body fat but it can't. That's the only reason I spent the extra money.
