Rated 1 out of 5 by from Biggest waste of money I bought this as a Christmas present last year and I've had nothing but problems with it. It rarely updates the location. It is set to track the location every 5 minutes. Most of the time it is showing that the watch is in a completely different location from where it actually is. When I try to ring it it doesn't work most of the time and when it does work it freezes and also doesn't receive texts straight away and when it does it freezes the watch. I emailed Moochies 4 months ago to fix this and the customer service is a joke, it takes days for them to reply. I got fed up with the very slow replys eventually because it wasn't getting sorted and at the start of September I asked to cancel my subscription. This is when I was ignored, I sent multiple emails since and nobody answered me. I was logged out of the watch and not let back in and so I thought it was cancelled without them replying to me but I have got charged twice since. 31st October now and I had to get onto my bank to get them to block the monthly direct debit. I have heard of others having the same problem. Harvey Norman were great to deal with as usual, I wish I could say the same about Moochies. AVOID

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst thing ever bought. The watch itself isn't the problem didn't have a chance to see how it was as it never got set up. The issue is SIM card subscription and set up and tried to email the company (Moochies) many times and never got one response. They took the money from my account and haven't provided the service or responded to my queries. I've contacted my bank to get a refund but I can't because I have no proof emails from them that I paid for the service. Then today they took more money for the subscription today!! Have to block them on my bank and thats the only way I can stop but cannot recover lost money. Would like to note that none of this is Harvey Norman fault but would like to warn people that the watches are not worth it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great value kids watch For the price I would say this watch comes at amazing value for what it offers, we're able to set up safe zones, track, call, video call, message, voice note, and the list goes on. Our little one has a fun time using her watch and loves to show it off at our family events The only critique I have is that the battery runs out so fast

Constant screen freezing. Constantly having to close open app and reboot watch to even get a connection nearly each time. No back navigation in places so always having to restart. They advertise it can have custom straps on shop floor to attract sales but the company doesn't do or plan to do custom straps. Very poor product and Instant return
