Extremely disappointing
My daughter watched the movie and loved the songs (including the main song This Wish) and ordered this Tonie. I understand you post the song list online but as a parent that has over 15 Disney Tonies (all of which have a minimum of 3 songs and on average 4 songs) I don’t think it’s fair to assume that as a repeat customer we would be checking the song list prior to purchasing and it would be a fair assumption from our end to expect the usual number of songs on the Tonie. It is extremely disappointing and not worth the money - to be charging the same amount for less content really feels like we’re being cheated.

False advertising
My daughter just purchased this from a toy shop, excitedly played it tonight and started to cry, only 1 song? She questioned that the packaging said “audio play with songs” my daughter pointed out that songs with an s means more than one. She is right and this is false packaging, as we brought it in a local toy shop there was no additional description on the packet as to how many songs were listed. It simply stated with songs with an S meaning more than one this is false advertising! we are really disappointed by this as my daughter was excited to have this particular Tonie just to listen to the songs.

Very poor l, especially based on normal quali
My wife bought this for our son who is a huge wish fan. He got his star cuddly toy ready and was really upset that there was only one song in it, which isn't even the main one. The general quality is generally poor and is extremely disappointing from Tonies.
I would definitely be returning this if he hadn't ripped it open in excitement.
I've read other reviews jusymt about how you work with Disney. Your team need to get a better agreement so that children aren't disappointed by this poor excuse for a Tonie.
Feel very let down by the company on this occasion.

All the tonies I have got my daughter 40+ I really can’t complain.
It’s almost become a standard that if you get one from a Disney movie you’re going to get a few songs then the story.
Wow just the one song - what a let down.
My daughter was disappointed as her songs were not on it. Ok the story length is good but come on tonies people just one song on this Tonie.
I think you might need to redo this one add more of the songs
Do better on this for the kids and the parents who invest so much money with you

Ok, so theres only 1 song but some parts of the other songs feature throughout the story and the voices in the story are from the film. The actual Tonie is beautiful to look at and makes a lovely addition to the disney princes collection my kids have. Yes, it would be nice to have more full songs on there but its not by any measure a bad Tonie! You absolutely SHOULD still purchase if you are a fan of Wish 💖 the tracklist is shown for all to see, so the one song thing really shouldnt be a surprise! The product is literally as advertised 😅

Deceiving! Package says 45 min ‘with songs’ plural but it only comes with one! The fact that I would log onto the website to check before buying it in store defeats the point of allowing my child the joy of picking something out in a shop. I checked the back to read content it specifically mention’songs’, therefore this falls under false advertising and refunds should be given. To play a Tony in its package is not advertised anywhere either so that would not have been a solution. One heartbroken little girl who spent her hard saved money!

Misleading - 1 song.
As everyone has said, just 1 song. However, the problem is that your advertising is wrong, misleading and suggests there is more than 1 song. Will be taking this via the legal route now as you are intentionally misleading customers. The information on the packet clearly states “Audio play…with song(s)”. Songs, plural, not singular. I look forward to your response.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed that it only had 1 story and 1 song. I’ve bought so many tonies over the years that I expected this to be the same quality of content as the others. I didn’t think to check the content list as would never expect there to be so little on it. Very disappointed at the quality of this tonie and not what I expect from this company
