As a member of DL Bracknell had been using these machines at the gym for 5 months.
Loved them transformed my training.
So I purchased an elite from you 2 weeks ago.
I am disappointed with the machine.
The motor @2400 seems like 1750 at the gym.
it seems to be underpowered. ??
It's noisy. ??
It rattles.??
it's not as good a quality item.
I do not feel this is value for money.
Glad I didn't pay full price otherwise I would of definitely sent it back to you.
It doesn't feel like it's going to last very long already.
I've only had it 2 weeks.
Not happy with product at all if I'm honest.

These are not cheap and used Christmas money from my daughters to purchase. ??

Not switching on/ slow charging and not holding the charge
Hi, I ordered a Theragun Ellie for Christmas and unboxed it earlier today.
It has 0% battery and didn't turn on. I put it to charge and after around 2 hours of charging it went up to only 28%; I unplugged it to check but it didn't turn on.
I had to get away for other things and I left it for around 4 hours. Now when I picked it up again; all it's charge had disappeared and when plugged back into electrical charger; it's displaying 0% and started charging again. Will wait till it's 100% this time but there seems to be a problem with the machine.
Please consider this as the initial complaint and I'll be in touch soon with further update.

Delighted with my Theragun Elite,
Delighted with my Theragun Elite, a quality product. The ordering process was simple and straightforward, the device arrived quickly and I have been using it daily. Am not interested in the app, I prefer to use Theragun as I see fit on tight quads, calves, lower back and hip. I find instant relief and my aching muscles etc respond so well to a few minutes therapy. I also occasionally suffer leg cramps at night so I use my Theragun just before lights out. Have bought 2 Theraguns now and my partner loves the one I gave him. Expensive but highly recommended

I bought a Therabody Elite
I bought a Therabody Elite as a 30th Birthday Present for someone. It doesn't work The main reason I bought he this device was that I was led to believe it was the best, which at the very least would mean that it works.
In order to replace it both he and I have to supply a list of details of its purchase along with the receipt.. Although it is easy enough to check the price on line, it grates having to send this information through for a present. Surely you should, know by its serial number that it had just been purchased a week ago.

Helping me run!
I bought the Elite because as I’ve got older my body needs better recovery. The Elite has made my calves in particular much more resilient to running, and the aches and tightness is reduced to near zero.
It has also helped me with my sleep as I often use it about 15 minutes before going to bed. That has a knock-on effect of leaving me more rested for morning workouts.
It’s a quality piece of kit, seems like it’s built to last, and it definitely works as advertised.
Highly recommended!

Brilliant bit of kit
The theragun elite is brilliant, so glad i bought it, i have an issue with my shoulder and a couple of minutes use of the elite makes my shoulder feel much better. Its also great for general massage purposes. The battery lasts for around 2 hours fr9m 1 full charge, which is more than enough. My only SLIGHT issue is it could come with all attachments for the price, but extra attachments arn't overly expensive so its not a big issue at all,

Not my greatest purchase
In terms of cost vs benefit, i think overall i wouldnt say a Theragun is worth it. I went for Theragun because i didnt want to invest in another cheaper brand as i was scared that there would be a dramatic decrease in quality. Sadly having tested a friends cheaper version i have found it to be on par. Theragun is probably a bit more of style over substance and thats what you end up paying for in my opinion.

Just amazing
I get constant back problems because of the nature of my work sitting on a chair all day. The Theragun has really helped to loosen up the knots. The reflexology attachment for feet and hands is lovely. It's released some nerve blockages I had on my arm that used to shoot down my arm. My husband has started playing sports and hasn't come back with an injury since he's been using it. It's brilliant.
