Excellent product that I would recommend.
I have been using these cartridges for many years and am on my second Miele washing machine. They take the hassle out of deciding on what dose of detergent to use. They clean the clothes well and there is no strong smell, which I prefer. I do use the Ultra Dark detergent too for black and navy clothes, for extra colour care. Convenient and effective and especially designed for my machine. I buy a pack at a time which is more cost effective, than purchasing single cartridges.

Perfect results would recommend
Excellent results at all temperatures, and on pretty much all fabrics, e. g, for silk and wool I use the special capsules from Miele. Very good stain removal, I very rarely need to pretreat. No discernable perfume - I dislike scented washing products - washing smells just fresh and clean. The only criticism is that I have to remember to set the Autodos! But that is user failure rather than either detergent or machine. Lower prices would be nice, but would recommend anyway.

Like most other detergents but gains on economy and convenience
I can't say the detergent stands out in any particular way. It's no miracle detergent that's for sure. Grease stains need extra treatment especially at low temperature. But that's not uncommon. What is in its favour isbthat it lasts a reasonable amount of washes and the automatic dispencing makes life very easy, especially for those of us not too domesticated. It's no better no worse than most other detergents to my mind but gains on convenience and value.

For all the reasons I have mentioned, will buy it always.
I have been using this in my Miele washing machine for 8 years and it has been consistently good every time. Easy to use and fuss free, just what a busy parent needs.
The main reason I started to use this was because the machine I bought was one of the first self dose machines and it was a revelation - no more over foaming and over all it is more economical with less impact on the environment. Well Done Miele!

Convenient but expensive and unreliable
In principle an easy and convenient detergent solution. More expensive than supermarket detergents but to be expected given the price of Miele machines. We get through 1 faster than 2, so coming as 3 of each is not proportional for us. You cannot easily see how much detergent is left and the machine warnings are not reliable. Machine is supposed to tell you when container is empty but it doesn't.

Prompt service, *most* of the times!
It was a Click-and-Collect order and it took more than four weeks before I could collect it from the Carrickmines store. I placed the order just before Christmas and I was made aware that the online orders would take longer to process. I was told the order would be ready in 14 days. But, I had to wait more than four weeks and there was no communication/updates regarding the delays.

Good product, terrible waste of plastic
I think that this washes the clothes really well but cartons really should be returned and refilled. It is such a terrible waste of plastic at a time when consumers are (or should be) so concerned about the environment. It we didn’t have the twin dos system I would definitely be using laundry sheets and not a liquid. I still might, I feel so guilty every time I change the cartons.

Great stuff and saves time but way too expensive, even with the offers.
Brilliant stuff but prices was always too high and is getting even more silly as time moves on. I am always debating to buy ordinary powder as it is easy to get ones that clen just as well. The advantage with these bottles is that you just fit them and they deliver the right amount for ages but at what cost. I'm not so sure I will keep paying so much for these.
