A good un'
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using a very old and tired dryer for a while so we were extremely excited to use our new drier and so far have not been disappointed.
It is surprising quiet when working and the controls are fairly simple to understand nd we are slowly working out the settings that suit us best.
The handbook is quite long winded and would benefit from a simple guide rather than putting the appropriate information is a book and then refering the reader to the necessary page; an awful lot of going back and forth.
Overall, so far we are very pleased with our purchase and the quality of build is what you expect from Bosch.

Excellent Efficient Dryer With One Annoying Flaw
Overall very happy with this heat pump tumble dryer. We got fed up with lack of choice of a good brand for an intergrated tumble dryer so ended up looking at a free standing dryer. Have a number of Bosch appliances so happy to go for this model as it was being sold at a very good price. Lots of positives. 5 year guarentee, quiet, more efficient than our previous condenser dryer in terms of electric use and time to dry, ease of cleaning filters and removing water, and it looks good. Our one big grumble are the large holes in the top of the filter. Our daughter had bought a number of pair of shorts that had tassles on them. These got caught in the filter holes so the cord kept twisting as it tumbled until eventually the tassles ripped off. Other than that happy with machine.

Great tumble dryer
I brought this dryer for two reasons, firstly I wanted a more efficient and reliable dryer. My old dryer was not cost effective so I researched best heat pump dryers and this one was popular. My sister has the same dryer so I knew it would be good. It is a bit pricey let's hope it lasts a long time.

Not suitable for drying duvet covers and bedding
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer rotates in one direction so the sheets and duvet cover wraps into a ball even with drying balls. Previous dryers have rotated in both directions so we haven't experienced this issue before.

Excellent dryer
Ive been looking for a good heat pump dryer for a while then my bought one of these a few months back I was so impressed by hers I bought one aswell . She has the bigger load model as she has a big family but I opted for this 8kg as there's only myself and hubby so it's plenty big enough for us . It's has lots of settings to suit all fabrics and as long as you remember to empty the water container and the lint collector ( which are both very easy and convenient to do ) the drying is fairly fast and really good . I've noticed a definite difference in my towels they feel so much softer after been in the dryer . Also the washing doesn't clump together and the clothes don't take much ironing after . I'm really happy with this dryer as the build is really good , is excellent value for money, comes with a fantastic warranty and looks great . I've been buying Bosh for years and I don't think you can beat them !

passibly the best??
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've moved into the planet saving mode with this, our most recent purchase of a Bosch product. Years of faultless service from a vented tumble dryer, and days/weeks of trepidation when we knew we would have to change it. However, after a few days of searching and reading reviews we plumped for this one. We should have done it sooner; it's so easy to use, and kinder to the planet we're told. Well done Bosch, it's smart; so, so efficient and will hopefully help save the planet.

Have water in the condensation container
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know why the condensation container has water inside when I just unpack it. It is brand new which bought from AO. I have checked the manual and didn't said that I will expect there is water inside.
