Precise drying thanks to mineral sensors. With this system, your laundry dries perfectly even if the water contains significant amounts of calcium. This is by no means the norm on machines without PerfectDry as the calcium content in the water influences residual moisture sensing in turn impacting on drying results. PerfectDry takes the current calcium content of water into account and precisely adjusts the drying process, ensuring that the selected drying level is always achieved.

FragranceDos

A quick way to vary fragrances. Switch easily between your 2 favourite fragrances: Miele tumble dryers with FragranceDos² have enough space for 2 fragrance flacons. Close one flacon and open the other in just one turn. So you can use Cocoon for your hand towels and then switch to Aqua for your jeans in the next load, for instance. That makes Miele fragrance flacons doubly unique.

HygieneDry

For the highest of hygiene standards. Miele always puts hygiene first, including when drying. The HygieneDry drying level reliably removes 99.99 % of bacteria[1] from your laundry during the drying stage. This is achieved thanks to especially long temperature holding times. So you can have complete peace of mind. The effectiveness of HygieneDry has been confirmed by the Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences. HygieneDry is suitable for fabrics with two dots on the wash-care label.

Anti-Crease Action

Laundry is loosened automatically. If you cannot remove your textiles immediately after the programme end, anti-crease action ensures that the laundry is loosened at regular intervals and does not crease.

Honeycomb Drum

Unique honeycomb structure for gentle fabric care. The unique honeycomb structure lifts the laundry higher in the rotating drum. Items hover for longer in the warm air stream which results in more uniform drying. Air pockets form in the individual hexagons and cushion the fall of laundry. This ensures that your laundry is treated much more gently and is less creased after drying making ironing easier. It also simplifies ironing considerably.

Heat-Pump Technology

Economical and gentle. Tumble dryers with heat pumps are known predominantly for their energy efficiency. They dry your laundry especially economically. But the low temperatures of the heat-pump technology also protect the high-quality fibres of your laundry. This allows you to dry delicate textiles with convenience.

DryCare 40

Completely new options for tumble drying. The new DryCare 40 extra makes it even easier to care for your laundry. You can load your clothes into the tumble dryer immediately after a 40 °C wash programme without having to sort through them first[1]. This saves you both time and effort. The DryCare 40 extra can be added to various programmes and is suitable for fabrics that can be washed at 40 °C1.

Highest Condensation Efficiency

The less moist, warm air escaping from the appliance, the higher the condensation effect. Integrated Condensed Water Drainage

No longer necessary to empty condensate container. All Miele heat-pump dryers feature integrated condensed water drainage with a hose tidy. As a result, you can pump out condensate into a sink or a siphon and save yourself the trouble of emptying the condensate container.

AddLoad

Add large & small items even after programme start. Whether it's a pair of jeans, a blouse or just a sock: thanks to the AddLoad function, you can easily add any laundry items that you've forgotten up until shortly before the end of the programme. Operation is easy: press the “Start / Add laundry” button to stop the programme.

Cleverly networked. With our innovative Miele@home system, you can exploit the full potential of your Miele appliances and make your everyday life even smarter. All intelligent Miele domestic appliances can be networked conveniently and securely. Operation is simple whether you use the Miele app, voice control or integration into existing Smart Home solutions. The appliances are networked via a home WiFi router and the Miele Cloud.

Wash2Dry

Cleverly networked: dryer and washing machine. Maximum user convenience: thanks to the new Wash2Dry networking function, your washing machine sends its data to the tumble dryer after the wash cycle. The dryer then automatically selects the corresponding programme for your laundry. All you have to do is load the laundry from the washing machine into the dryer, switch it on, and select Wash2Dry. As a result, your textiles whether it’s denim jeans or dress shirts are always perfectly dried. In order to use this function, the appliances must be registered in the in-house WiFi network.
