Happy overall
This is our first heat pump tumble dryer and we were very happy with the look of it and the fact that it is much quieter than our old one. Some items however didn't dry completely whne using a program that should have dried fully e.g. thicker waistbands etc.

Better than the previous model
I had the previous model and the pump died after 5-6 years due to a design flaw in the filters. This model has greatly improved that area and seems to be performing much better all around.
