Rated 4 out of 5 by from Many Bells & Whistles- but does it dry clothes? Much quieter and many more options than our previous Zanussi Condenser dryer- but sensors seem to not be calibrated: the dryer "senses" clothes are dry and shuts down when actually they far from it (and I am factoring that most clothes have a damp feeling upon removal from condenser dryers)- we have to use the timer function and let loads dry for 90-120 minutes and not rely on the other preset functions. Great delivery/removal service was well worth the added charge.

Hello - This does not sound right - if the filter is clear, and water is extracted in to the tank- the clothes should be drying - might just be worth checking the setting - Iron dry will be damp - try cupboard or extra dry, also all of our dryers have a cool down at the end of the cycle to reduce wrinkling - so it wouldn't be hot when you open it - however, please contact us if you feel the product is not drying after trying these options 03445 612 612 - Thank you

The standard manufacturer's warranty period for Zanussi appliances is 1 year. If your appliance is older than that, any repairs required may be chargeable. why is there no heat from our tumble dryer its a new machine just using it for the first time its not reversing and its cold all the time

If your tumble dryer isn’t producing heat, there are several common causes and potential solutions you can check: Check the Settings: Ensure the dryer is not set to a “cool” or “eco” mode, which might not use heat.
