Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best house equipment Things we liked: 1. The automatic dispensing of detergent makes life a lot easier than measuring the liquid each time. 2. It runs very quietly thanks to the direct drive technology. 3. Its large capacity means we only need to do two washes per week compared to three or four previously. 4. Updates on the phone when washing is complete help us stay informed about the process. 5. It provides reports on energy consumption and cycle information. 6. There's an option to download various cycles based on needs, like for swimwear, duvets, etc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent washing machine I brought this washing machine as it seemed to have all i required but wasn't sure about the price as it was more than i wanted to spend, but im so pleased i did, the machine is super quiet, the auto dose system is great as i always used to much, the 13kg load means ive cut down the amount of loads i do saving me money and there is so much flexibility in the machine with regards to wash programmes and times etc and with a 5 year warranty its great value

This machine features spurting water out of the soap draw into the machine all over the electrics inside. On the basis that it is not working and only 3 months old, it is clearly unsatisfactory quality and unreliable.
