The Joy of Socks
A good machine with plenty of clear functions, but one obvious design fault. The gap between the glass window and the drum is wide enough for socks to escape, so at the end of each wash there’s a little collection of soaking, unspun socks outside the drum on the lip under the window.

Avoid at all costs
I purchased this unit 26 months ago, 2 months outside of our 2-year warranty. The drum collapsed, and Samsung refuses to consider this a major part. I now have to buy another washing machine because the repair cost is the same as a new unit. I will never buy another Samsung product, they couldn't have cared less.

Samsung Series 5 AI ecobuble washing machine - excellent
My Samsung new washing machine is excellent, very big drum, working very quiet, before start sensors checking the weight of loaded washing to use the correct amount of water. I love the connection by wifi with my Smart Things app so I can monitor of progress and I getting a notification about finished washing.

Superb washing machine
How brilliant is this washing machine. No noise just smooth and fast. I like how it has a ringtone when it’s finished. Drum is huge. It fits enough laundry. I recommend it. It’s excellent and the installer offered an snacking service and it was next day delivery. 🙌❤️

Great product for great value
Harvey Norman were quick to deliver the product. One thing to watch out for - make sure all your walves have tops on them as otherwise the install team wont be able to complete the job.
