Rated 1 out of 5 by from Fan broken and Won’t turn off Literally exactly same problem as review below. Bought this oven 10 months ago and over the last week it has a fault with the the cooling fan, it wont switch off and the cooling fan just comes on by itself like during the night for 8 hours and when I return from work. So I need to turn the power off now and when I’m not using the oven. I am also waiting for an engineer to call us to arrange a visit as I write this review. I would agree that this product code needs to looked at and possibly recalled. Expected much better from neff and disappointed.

So popp9over to Hervey Norman met Jamie, he was so helpful with a fridge freezer for my mam the showed it the ovens. Explained the different ones, on this alone helped us to make the decision to purchase it in that store. Staff excellence at its highest.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from U1ACE5HNOB/52 Got this double cooker for 4 months and it's not fully working the eco clean is not working the socket getting hot if I turn on both and made noise when the oven started and it's a nightmare to clean!! I'm sorry to buy this oven!! I am so unhappy after all paying a lot of money!!
