Disappointing
Bought this oven end Jan 19, it had a fault with the the cooling fan, it wouldn't switch off. Had another oven delivered now this has developed a fault where the cooling fan just comes on by itself! We were out and on our return the cooling fan was on. This has happened a few times now. I am waiting for an engineer as I write this review. I would like a different neff oven now. I can't rely on this oven not coming on while we're are out, it could keep going for ages, very worrying. I hope I will be offered a different Oven, I really don't want it repaired or replaced with the same oven as the one I have. This product code needs to be recalled.

Seriously Disappointed
First oven, main oven fan stopped working after only using c.10 occasions over a period of 3 weeks and blew my electrics. Subsequently left with no oven over the Christmas period. Replaced with a second oven and main fan stopped working within 6 days (used about 3 times), NEFF engineer called out and replaced fan which guess what - has also stopped working. A second engineer call is booked in for the second oven. Seriously not happy and seems to be a recurring issue with fans within these reviews. Maybe these ovens should be recalled and replaced with a model that actually works?

Disappointing
My kitchen installer recomended a Neff oven . I wish I had insisted on my choice. It may look nice (but dont they all ) but it has very limited shelf options and I would hate to try and cook a big family meal in it , luckily there are only 2 of us . The timer bleep is so faint that unless you are standing actually in front or next to the oven you will never hear it . I now have to use a manual timer on the worktop . I know that lots of people have complained about this but Neff have still not improved this so are they really bothered with what people say/suggest about there ovens . It must only be a minor modification to improve the level of sound on this simple but annoying problem .

Stylish kitchen upgrade
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having moved into a new home with a brown 80's oven, and with a door that wouldn't close, it was definitely time for an upgrade. After some research we settled on the NEFF N50 as it has great reviews, a modern look and comes from a trusted brand.
The oven was easy to install, has multiple functions and works well. The rapid heat-up is great for a busy family, however in retrospect, I wish that I had opted for a self-cleaning model to clear any burn't in residues away. The dual oven/grill function is really useful for those bigger meals, but it's worth noting that it doesn't come with a grill pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just had new kitchen fitted with this oven, went to christen top oven by doing some toast had no grill, have tray but no wire grill to fit in it, lower grills fit over it but

Good every day oven. Reliable and looks good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On the whole it's a great every day oven. Heats up pretty quick and cooks evenly. The telescopic rails are really useful for heavier pots to get in and out. The cleaning function is okay, obviously doesn't have the full cleaning function but still helpful. Using an internal thermometer I do find the temperature is always about 10 degrees celcius lower than the dial. I like the design though and having the double oven feature comes on very handy for larger meals.

Fan broken and Won’t turn off
Literally exactly same problem as review below. Bought this oven 10 months ago and over the last week it has a fault with the the cooling fan, it wont switch off and the cooling fan just comes on by itself like during the night for 8 hours and when I return from work. So I need to turn the power off now and when I’m not using the oven. I am also waiting for an engineer to call us to arrange a visit as I write this review. I would agree that this product code needs to looked at and possibly recalled. Expected much better from neff and disappointed.

Very dissatisfied
Have owned Neff appliances for over 25 years, this oven is the poorest quality and functionality appalling, numerous issues with temperature consistency, I have yet to cook a meal that is either under or over done, which is extremely disappointing as I have never had such issue in the past, I cook a lot and I have lost confidence with this oven. It is impossible to keep clean and the cooking fan runs for ever, can't adjust the volume of the alarm, it is far too quiet and not long enough. My previous oven was far superior. A good example of don't fix something that isn't broken (functionality & design) the impact of cutting corners to make something cheap with a high price tag
