Reading FD No & Serial No for registration
The appliance details label with the necessary FD No & Serial No required to register the warranty for this slide and hide oven have been stuck in the most inaccesible place possible leaving you to try and read the details through the dotted pattern of the oven doors glass. Other reviewers have made the same comment and yet Neff continue to stick this appliance information here. Surely it cant be that difficault for Neff to stick this information somewhere it is easier to read? Neff have previously replied to comments about this that they have passed the comment on to their product development team.... well its about time they did something about it and moved the label!

Hide slide & clean
Had my oven just under 2years I must admit this is the worst oven I have had, the oven broken down just after it was delivered , the thermostat ,and fan had to be replaced, the oven door keeps jamming when the door slides under , and the cleaning the door is a complete pain you need to remove the door the screws the glass and then you have to back together ,,Good luck , I don't won't to have to keep taking the door off to clean in-between , now the door Is jammed ,
Have to callout a enginner to repair replace the door ,,, more money. I have wasted my money buying this (Neff Oven)

New NEFF ovens
We have had our old NEFF ovens for about 20 years and loved them. The top one with microwave was starting to play up a little so we decided to replace both. I still wanted a NEFF but was worried that it might not be as good as the old one having read the reviews.
I love this combination too!!
On the plus side - both ovens are bigger and better looking
On the negative side - the grill in the microwave one isn't as flexible, the door of the bottom one doesn't disappear as well. These aren't a problem for us.
The dimensions are slightly different but the new ones are a perfect snug fit.
Very pleased. Would recommend.

Neff Built-in oven B3ACE4HN0B - Slide and Hide
Absolutely Brilliant!!!
Having owned numerous NEFF appliances in the past, Neff is my natural place to go lookng first. When we saw the Slide and Hide door, we were sold on the concept.
The height of the unit is the same as the non Slide and Hide door option. The space for the door to slide in below has been achieved by Neff moving the entire oven unit up within the enclosure. For s, this meant that the unit interefered slightly with the Gas feed for the worktop mounted hob we have above it. Our gas fitter moved the gas feed in about 20 minutes and hey presto - Brilliant.
Haven't used all the features yet, but the oven is almost silent and looks fantastic.

SUPERB
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently had put kitchen replaced. The kitchen company couldn't get hold of an oven that came with the kitchen. So we went out and looked up several brands. Neff is something we always wanted but could never afford it. We were able to get 2x slide and hide ovens and we love them. We are a family of 6 and 1 of our children is disabled so these are perfect for her too. The dials are easy to use and the self cleaning button is amazing. My in-laws also got there kitchen done and we recommended our Neff oven and they also bought a slide and hide and love it.

Have always had neff ovens but this time really disappointed
Hard to clean say only hot soapy water this no good
Made problem is the door when wiping the door water runs in between and the only way to clean is take the door to pieces I am living on my own and no way can I do this

User Friendly Oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven is very easy to use, once you get your head round what each function does. There will probably be a couple that you won't use very often, if at all, but they are there if you need them at some point. It gets up to temperature quite quickly and the timer is very easy to set. Cleaning is easy as there is only the sides, the bottom and the door to clean and removal of the shelves and supports is very simple. The only slightly complex thing to do is taking the door off if you want to clean the inside of the glass, but it's not something you would need to do very often. Overall, I am very happy with the oven and would recommend it.

Brilliant oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect oven, cooks precisely and having the quick heat up option is very useful. I've not found it expensive to use and it is used daily.
I love the hide and slide feature which makes cleaning it much easier, and would think a great bonus for small kitchens.
The only downside I've found, is cleaning the insides of the glass door. I'm not confident enough or strong enough to be able to remove the door to clean it properly. For this reason alone I give 4 stars, for a younger more technically able person I believe should be 5 star. But other than that I love it, very happy with this purchase.
