New Oven New cooking
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We chose the NEFF oven as the NEFF name stood out for us with regard to quality of product and reputation. This was one of four Neff items chosen for the new kitchen. It is an amazing oven, which despite looking small from the outside boasts lotds of rom inside. The controls are easy to use and the fact the turns click in and out helps with keeping the exterior clean. It looks chic and stylish and sits proud centrally in the kitchen. I haven't yet used all the settings but those that have been used tempt me to use the remaining settings very quickly. A great compliment to any kitchen

The oven was installed on 10/04/22 so it's too early to give a review, we haven't used the oven much yet. It may warrant more than one star but that's all we can give it at present.
I can tell you that we were disappointed that the oven was not supplied with a portable grill tray, 390mm x 300mm or similar. The suggestion in the manual of using one of the oven shelves as a grill surface is not practical for a couple of 76 year olds grilling 4 sausages and a couple of rashers of bacon. Much more convenient to use a smaller grill pan and trivet with a detachable handle, as was provided with our previous oven.

A disappointing purchase but now a wiser customer
I bought this oven to replace a similar Neff oven which had given excellent service for a good few years but was now past the point of economic repair (even if the parts had been available). Having been so pleased with the previous oven (and matching microwave) it was an easy decision to buy the same make, even though it was a premium price product for its functions.The first thing I noticed was pulling out a shelf with a tray of roast potatoes in hot fat the shelf suddenly tipped down. I only just managed to stop tray slippping off the shelf which at best would have resulted in hot fat and potatoes across the floor but possibly over me. This had never happened with the previous oven and, in my mind, that it is so easy to do shows a lack of care for user safety. In fairness I would say having checked other ovens this seems to be a problem with other Neff ovens but also those from other makers. Once you know it can happen you can take extra care but a small lip at both ends of the shelf, not only at one end, would substantially reduce the risk of accident. The next thing is the door has two panes of glass and whereas on the previous oven these were fixed within the door frame - effectively a sealed unit - on this oven they are separate and one can be removed completely from the door for cleaning. Which is just as well as I find that using the oven leaves small marks and stains on the inner surfaces of the two glass panes. Again one wonders why a system that simply worked has been replaced with a less satisfactory alternative that makes cleaning the oven unnecessarily a bit more difficult and time consuming. The countdown timer and the timer to set a delay before the oven comes on could be easier to use; the principle seems to be "you will get used to it" rather than making it intuitive. The biggest problem however is I bought a fan oven because it would ensure even cooking of the food across the width of the oven and on all the shelves. At least that had been my experience but even with food only on one shelf and in the middle of the oven, which I would expect to be the optimum conditions, one side cooks more quickly than the other. This has happened with numerous dishes including a tray of mince pies, a lasagne and a flan (see photographs). I would raise my concerns with Neff but there is no email option on the web-site. I have given a 2 star rating because being able to cook evenly seems a basic requirement for an oven at this price level.

Entry level oven not for for purpose
We purchased this oven for months ago so we've had ample time to use it. We decided on this oven as we knew Neff were arguably one of the best brands. However soon after receiving the oven we quickly realised that this is their "entry level" model. Although around £500 it's no better than many unbranded ovens that your can buy for under £200. Despite the circotherm feature this oven cooks very unevenly (no good for us as we do a lot of baking), with cakes often burning on one side. The oven's features are very basic, and the timer's beeper is so quiet that the oven might as well not have one. After four months we've had enough and have decided to write it off as a bad decision and buy another oven. Needless to say it won't be another Neff as this has put us off the brand.

Perfection

When searching for the best ovens we went with Neff as we already had one & it was so quiet & cooked things to perfection. As we wanted to go with the best we also purchased a Neff induction hob T46PD40X0 to finish off our kitchen for a sleek & modern design, we definitely achieved this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this oven just over a year ago with the built in microwave/oven . It looks very stylish with the black glass and chrome trim .
Inside there are 2 racks plus a tray which is great .
Lots of different cooking settings to choose from .
Fantastic at Christmas as very and able to cook different meats all at once . We also had the added bonus of the oven in the microwave.
Couldn't be happier with our purchases and would highly recommend. I have only given 4 stars as we haven't used all the settings as we really only use it once a week

BRAND NEW BUT NEEDS REPAIRED
This oven is brand new, and has not worked properly since the day we started to use it. The thermostat isn't working so the oven overheats until it reaches maximum temperature.
I have had to book an engineer to come out and repair the oven--I'm very unhappy about this because it is brand new and shouldn't need repaired. A replacement would have been more appropriate, because it was faulty on the day it was delivered. I'm completely disappointed at the quality of the product and Neff's service.
