First impressions
The power cord is difficult to clip in whilst trying to reach behind the oven, especially as it's too short. You need extra length as you have to hold it below and then push up into the oven. Perhaps the cable length should be an option? Or at least a reasonable length to start with. It doesn't have a plug so would be easy to trim to a shorter size, rather than struggle with a cable that is too short.
Who on earth decided to hide the model information in the slide and hide compartment? It's almost impossible to read behind the door spots.
It's pretty stingy charging £1100 for an oven and only providing one telescopic rail. This is a safety issue in my opinion and I'm annoyed at having to buy more sliders at £57 a pair.

Cooks well but LCD screen strange
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven cooks very well-that is the most important thing. However, the LCD display is poor-when viewed from a certain angle the back panel emits blue residue light making it look broken.

Think I may be pleased with this, but ……
The fitter had left and I found the quick snap I had taken of the model number etc was out of focus and the numbers could not be read. It was impossible for me as a disabled person to access the label. My husband who is 78 with a severe back problem had to lie down on the floor and his eyesight is not good. We just about managed it between us. Neff, this is not good enough! Please put the label in a place where everyone can access it - or alert the seller to senda disabled/elderly buyer a snapshot.

Good oven
We bought this oven for a new house we moved into (the owners took their oven with them). The place we were renting had a Neff oven and that had proved very good. The slide and hide door is great, especially as there is an island in front of the oven so it just makes moving around easier. It heats up quickly, I like the fact it can tell you the current temperature as it warms. We've not used the self cleaning yet. We did connect it to the wifi recently, this means you do get notifications when the alarm goes or when the oven reaches temperature on your phone, handy if you are in a different room. Though I do feel the app could link cooking times better/have a copy of the manual available. The grill is confusing. There is no wire rack, instead you use the shelf racks. There aren't any pictures in the manual and it took a while to work out how to get these sitting on the tray properly. Otherwise you just have fat dripping anywhere. I've notched one star off for this, perhaps that is harsh but a picture or two in the manual would have really helped.

High level oven

Very pleased but need to know how to bake a jacket potato and other recipes. Can we view how on the app as we are new to the appliance. We also have the Neff C1AMG 84 microwave as a back up
