Great product concerned about its durability
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great capacity and the wash comes out perfectly cleaned and dried. The addition of the cutlery rack at the top is a genius idea.
The only concern I really have is that after buying a somewhat better/more expensive brand will it really last? Especially as I had to have the item repaired within the 1st month of receiving it. Hopefully this won't be a regular occurrence. Still the item is supplied with an extended 5yr Guarantee.
My previous machine lasted 10yrs(smeg) and only really gave me any problems within it's last year when it developed a leak that was just not cost effective to repair.

Very efficient dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this dishwasher to replace our old 16 year old Bosch dishwasher, this one is brillant, it's quiet, efficient and you can get more in it, I like the cutleRy rack at the top much better, we had a slight problem fitting it into the same space as our last one because we had a metal pipe at the back fixed to our wall. Therefore this dishwasher would not fit in around the pipe so some of the back packaging had to be cut away to fit it in snug and flush to the worktop. The connection to the network and via my mobile is an added extra. I like the light on the floor when it's on too.

What a beauty!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really happy with this, hoped all the reviews I had read were true and they were. This machine works brilliantly at cleaning our dishes but it is also quiet which is so good!! The cutlery drawer at the top is literally a game changer, much better than the usual basket that you can get with other machines. The connection to your mobile is great and knowing when salt or rinse aid is needed is a great idea. The little red light showing that the machine is running is also an excellent idea, no more wondering if it is time to open the door yet!! Overall I can't fault this machine at all.

Forced replacement after failure.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After moving in to our house 2 years ago found that the incumbent dishwasher wasn't a Bosch, never mind I thought let's see how it goes.
Not well as the rinse aid dispenser leaked so had to fill it every wash. Then my wife said it doesn't drain so after taking it apart found the pump had failed.
Time to look for a new Bosch, after the usual comparing models finally went for this one.
Simple review, very easy to use, very quiet and works well.
Extra point is red led that shins on the floor when working and goes out at the end of the cycle, brilliant idea and so simple.

Great Bosch Dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say from the start that I love Bosch products. The review is for a new integrated dishwasher purchased with a new kitchen. It works like a dream. There are so many choices and programmes to get your dishes extra clean. I like a feature that I haven't seen on dishwashers before. The cutlery drawer is integrated into the roof of the interior. It's a flat open basket with grooves for knives, forks, and spoons. It's great as it gives extra space in the bottom plates area, where the cutlery basket is usually situated. Thanks to Bosch for the innovation.

Replacement for old model
Item was purchased to replace a 2006 model for which parts were ot available. Despite being told this was a 14 place setting capacity it is smaller inside than the old 12 place setting model. The cutlery tray in the new model severely restricts the height of the cereal bowls on the upp er shelf. As a result I had to remove this and purchase a cutlery basket but as the front lower plate guides do not fold back it has to be placed in the centre of the lower tray thereby restricting TWO sets of plate guides. The interior is grey as oppposed to stainless steel and it is dificult to see if it is properly clean. The design does not seem to have been thought through adequately

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Went for this dishwasher as it had a 5 year warranty, layout is good and the cutlery tray is useful for large knifes and serving spoons but glad I kept the cutlery basket from my old appliance. I cannot see the need for an app on my phone to operate the dishwasher and pleased it works without downloading it but would have prefered a cheaper price not to have this technology. Haven't used many programs yet as the 'Auto' seems to work well. We thought it would just slide into position as we had a fully-intergrated dishwasher before but this one appeared to be quite a bit shorter and we had to lay additional boards for it to stand on.

Money well spent
An excellent product. It is almost silent, very easy to set the multiple programmes and the end results are always clean and sparkly.
There is so much room inside and it hold far more than my previous dishwasher.
The cutlery drawer is particularly pleasing. All the cutlery is laid out in a nice shiny row and very easy to put away.
I have yet to use all the programmes and, as yet, have mainly used the Eco setting. This, I can now set to function during the night when our electricity is cheaper.
My previous dishwasher did not have a delay timer option, or an Eco setting.
I love this machine and would recommend it to anyone who wants an efficient, easy to use, energy- saving appliance.
