NoFrost: Save Yourself Some Time
With a NoFrost model, the humidity in the air is collected on the central fin evaporator rather than building up in the appliance or on the foods. This chiller, which draws the wamth out of the freezer area, automatically defrosts from time to time. The resultant condensation is taken to the outside and evaporated using the compressor warmth in a special collecting pan. This lowers humidity in the appliance, which means that almost no ice forms. So you don't need to worry about defrosting any more.

Quality you can count on
Very nice looking fridge freezer with plenty of space to put all the goodies also nicely laid out inside.
Nice and quiet.
On medium setting the fridge was running at 3 degrees centigrade and the freezer was at minus 23.7 centigrade.
May have to turn it down a little if drinks start to freeze.
Saving 10p per day over previous fridge freezer also food and milk lasting much longer so saving money on food too.
Like all Bosch products I'm sure it will last many years so good peace of mind.

Well designed and looks great.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall very pleased with our purchase. Great design and with the Handles sunk into the Doors on the side it gives a bit more space inside both compartments. Swapping the Doors was quite straight forward but the instructions (diagram only) did'nt mention swapping the little black washer on the bracket in the centre so that the top Door rides on it instead of riding on the metal bracket. Instructions show that it must be perfectly level which is easily achievable from side to side but impossible from back to front as the fixed wobbly wrollers on the back are 8mm lower then the front adjustable feet which will not allow the front to go any lower. Had to lift the back of the Unit up on to 8mm PLyboard to achieve a perfectly level Unit. Not very pretty and
would expect better from a Bosch product.

My fridge/freezer arrived a week ago. Easy to set up, very quiet and the frost free feature is a big plus. It's perfect for single households where there's no need for large storage space. I'd prefer to have a 60/40 version as I don't freeze a lot of food. I usually buy fresh every 2-3 days. However, this is a personal preference.

Hotpoint Replacement.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well designed product with good space inside. Clever design on the recessed Door Handles which allows for extra space inside both compartments, only problem is that the bottom Door recesssed Handle is not accesible if the Unit has to be installed right next to any Kitchen Units, although the instructions do state that there should be at least 100mm gap around the Unit which solves the problem. Had to reverse the Doors which was not too much trouble although the top Door will not now self close as the bottom one does without a final push to make sure it is fully closed, the seal appears to be the causing the problem on the left hand side - Why?? Also the instructions ( Diagarm only), show the Unit having to be level side to side and back to front. Side to side is no problem but front to back is impossible to achieve as the fixed height wobbly rollers on the back are 6mm lower(see pictures) than the fully screwed in front adjustable feet (see pictures)which means that 6mm Plyboard on the Floor at the back is the only way to achieve the desired result. Would expect better from a Bosch product.

Very Economical
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I got the new Bosch Fridge/Freezer my Smart Meter shows I'm saving around 40p a day in electricity that adds up to a lot over a year. It's a tiny bit slimmer than my old Fridge but this actually help as it was a tight squeeze for my old one, this one fits much easier. The wine rack is a nice touch but it would have been a nice idea for it also to come with a glass shelf for those who do not want one.

Bosch Free standing fridge freezer

Only 3 shelves + a wine rack!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge/ freezer looks good but I'm disappointed there are only 3 shelves plus a wine rack.My previous fridge/ freezer had 4 shelves with an optional wine rack.I should have noticed this before purchase but it was made as the old one had stopped working!
