THE WORST FREEZER IVE EVER PURCHASED
Bought this appliances 18 months ago had to have 3 visits over failings to freeze food. The drawers are on ridiculous flimsy runners that constantly get stuck. The top 2 compartments are easily broken as the door has to be open wide so as not to cause them damage when open. all the other drawers don't run properly on the runners and its a constant annoyance trying to get them to close properly. It really is the worst! whoever designed it and supposedly tested it needs sacking!!!! ive lost 3 lots of shopping now because it fails to freeze and when I ring up all they tell me to do is switch it off over night and then back on. Im absolutely livid!

Frustrating
Got this integrated freezer for my brand new kitchen 3 months ago. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. It’s a daily tug of war to open the drawers. They run on a very small track, that they constantly come off. This makes taking anything out of the freezer a challenge that involves a few minutes being spent trying to realign the drawer so that the freezer door can be closed.
The top 2 pull down openings are both cracked and chipped as they can only open if the main door is right back and if it swings forward while they are open, the plastic is so flimsy it cracks and splinters.
I just can’t understand such a badly designed freezer when it’s matching fridge doesn’t have any such issues

Worst shelving and drawer design!
We have had this freezer for six months. As a family of 4 adults it doesn’t get much ‘abuse’ yet the number of broken drawer handles, stoppers and sticking drawers is ridiculous. The top two shelf doors require the freezer to be open wide in order to avoid damage. From there in down, the drawers appear to sit on each other (even though there are shelves between) and regularly catch/get stuck.

Defrost issues
I have had this model for under 3 yrs and have had a lot of defrost issues.3 times the evaporator fan has frozen up despite 2 visits from a Whirlpool engineer.I have had to remove the freezer from the unit to manually thaw it out.Very unhappy with the performance and unreliability of the freezer.I have lost complete confidence in it and will be changing to a different brand at great expense.I would not recommend this product.

Drawers not great
Got this less than 3 months ago and the freezer drawers are so finicky!! There on a track system but come off the track so easily also between esch drawer is a glass the shelf the the little pieces in front are only barely sitting in the hole and 1 cracked on us today!!

Disappointed
Very disappointed with my new freezer . Only purchased in December . The drawers are not easy to shut . I have to constantly check them .
It’s not freezing now so waiting on a visit from a whirlpool engineer .
