VERY GOOD!
A very comfortable and yet supportive cushion. Every night it must be beaten to spread the visco inside. So it lasted a long time. Mine is 12 months old and still feels like new. I bought the 'Cosmetic' pillow protector and so instead of washing the pillow, I only wash the pillow protector. Proof that if we take care of the pillow, it lasts and remains hygienic.

Second time buying this pillow. I got measured and was a size 1 but this time I went for size 2 as I found it was a little too low for my liking. Supportive and comfortable!

Looses shape very quickly
This "premium visco" is not so premium Nd only holds its shape for a small period of time before it goes flat needs to be puffed up.
