Description

The Digitus USB 3.0 to VGA adapter extends your workspace with an additional monitor, TV or projector via the USB interface. You can use 2 other graphic adapters simultaneously on the PC and add or remove a monitor without rebooting the system. This adapter supports resolutions up to 1920x1080, video streaming up to 1080p and multiple playback modes via main or extended display and mirror. The USB 3.0 to VGA adapter impresses with its elegant black housing and without additional installation of graphics cards. Because when the driver is installed, the USB-attached monitor is activated immediately. The power supply runs through an USB port, so there's no additional external power supply needed.

I followed all the set up procedures. It will allow me to attach a second screen to my laptop however it does not allow you to adjust the resolution or recognise the resolution of the second screen thereby making it unusable. I googled the issue, something which I should have done before purchase, and this is a common issue with the product. Given 5km restrictions I have contacted Harvey Norman about the issue and requested to return the product and apart from a standard response, nothing. Not sure which is worse, the quality of the product or the poor customer service from Harvey Norman

  4. Bring your order number to the store you selected for Click & Collect, along with photo ID and the credit card you used to make the order.
  5. Speak to one of our staff and your order should be processed in minutes.
  6. If availing of Contactless Click & Collect, please click the link in your email “ready to pick up” to let the store know you are on your way. When you have parked in the designated parking bay, open your email, and choose the “I’m here” option and a member of staff will bring your purchase out to your car.
