Rated 1 out of 5 by from If it stays unused for a week, you are doomed! This battery pack has let me down quite a few times. I use battery packs on my hiking trips as my brand-new Samsung S24 has a terrible battery life (lasts less than half a day if I'm on mobile data!!!!!!!!)... Anyway, I will complain about the phone later. If you fully charge the battery pack and use it immediately, it works fine - it fully charges my phone at least twice. However, if you charge it and wait for a few days - which should normally be OK, this is where things start to go weird. Even though the LED light levels show full battery status, as soon as I connect it to my phone, it never starts charging, and the LED lights - which were showing full battery a second ago - won't turn up anymore... until I jumpstart the battery by plugging it into a charger again. Samsung's quality has gone down quite a lot recently from its TVs to phones, and now to batteries...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Defective Product: Samsung haven't fully tested it Defective Product - This product contains a design-flaw, I have had two of them that have failed in exactly the same way after only a few uses. On both occasions the Powerbank is completely dead and won't even turn on after charging a power-hungry device such as a Nintendo Switch for an extended period of time (> 30 mins) when the battery bank itself is starting to get low on charge ~25% full.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beware! This is a case of buyer beware! I’ve had two of these Samsung battery banks, and both have failed in the same way after only a few months use. The last one I have had since April and it died on holiday in August whilst I was charging a Nintendo Switch. I think there’s a possible design flaw or incompatibility issue as both times the battery has failed when charging a high draw device such as the Switch when the battery bank is <50% charge.
