Great job!
Very happy with the purchase of my Samsung Galaxy A16. Phone is so much better than my old phone. Harvey Norman forgot to send out the Samsung Smart Tag that was included as part of the deal but wasted no time sending it to me once I contacted their customer service department. Great work Harvey Norman. Would definitely order from you again!

Great phone and works perfectly so far. It came packaged nicely with no damage and delivery was fast. The battery doesn't last that long but other than that I recommend this phone.
