New S24 owner from
A big improvement on my previous phone
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had it for around a week, so far it's a big improvement on my previous phone (an A53), slicker, faster, a better camera (although I've not been able to test it properly yet at a gig, which is what I got it for - I'm hoping it'll cope better than the other one did with low light, stage lights and movement). Not tried the AI features yet but they sound interesting. A little frustrating than the Samsung pass app doesn't recognise certain apps to store the passwords (i.e. Outlook). But overall I'm very pleased with it so far and wish I'd for an S range phone last time rather than an A range one.

Very pleased
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are many things I like about my new s24, i could write an essay on all the good features it has but some of the main things that stand out compared to older phones is the camera and modes are incredible, the battery life is amazing. I also like how there was a few colour options before purchasing. Lots of different cases online to fit your needs also. Doing the smart switch from my old phone didn't take very long compared to switching over in the past. There are many other things I love about the phone, overall very pleased with it and would definitely recommend going for the new

Great Device & Features But Battery Isn't
Great device with an amazing display. I especially love the size of the phone for one handed use which for me is about 80% of the time. Ai Features are are pretty cool but I need to get in the rhythm of using it more often. Alot of upside and improvement from my previous samasung but, for me the s24 isn't a 5/5 device purely because of the battery. I get about 4-6 hrs screen on time and need to recharge about once or twice a day. I consider myself a moderate user and still the device drains so much that needing to charge twice a day is an annoyance. Here's hoping battery optimization via software updates overtime could help elevate the issue.

A brilliant phone, better than my expectation
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I changed from S21 Ultra to S24, my new S24 is slim, quick and very well designed.
It is not the most premium model, but it works very smoothly and much quicker than I thought. I like the fact that I can operate it with one hand only, which is great when you have to do something else at the same time.
I especially love the AI translation function, it is really accurate, quick and very handy with a lot of languages to choose from. The voice AI can help me making call with a language that I could not speak, very useful when I travel to other counties which I always do.
A very brilliant phone!

Big Upgrade for me

The sleek design, coupled with the vibrant display, makes it a joy to hold and use. The camera system is a standout feature, capturing stunning photos and videos, even in low-light conditions.
The performance is lightning-fast, thanks to the powerful processor. Whether I'm gaming, multitasking, or streaming, the phone handles everything with ease. The battery life is also impressive, easily lasting a full day, even with heavy usage.
Definitely a big jump from my old Samsung A71. Loving my S24 so far.

Very in impressed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last phone was a Samsung S20 5G Ultra and when coming to look for a new phone I want to something the same size and weight.
So the S24+ very similar in size and weight and I have all like the samsung software on there phones as it's easy and intuitive to use.
When I transferred all my data to the new phone it was really simple and easy to and normally it is a headache from past experience.
After a couple of days of getting used to the phone there were update to the software to One UI 7 which made the phone so much easier and more intuitive to use with all the settled changes to the software.

Good so far
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgrading a phone is never a revolutionary step anymore but differences and improvements can be spotted. For me the main advantage is battery life which is significantly increased. With my new S24+ I no longer have to charge every day.
The size is the same as my old phone, but I can see a diffence is the smoothness of navigating around, the quality of the screen and sharpness.
Overall I am happy with my purchase and feel that I got good value in upgrading. Samsung make excellent mobile phones and it is getting easier each time to transfer all apps and setting across from old to new.

Pleasantly surprised
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously had an S22 and didn't think there would be much improvement moving to an s24 plus other than size. However I was wrong, the S24plus is much different and much improved. It feels different to use,much smoother and more robust. It's a lot clearer and the battery life is amazing. Photos are very easy and clear and the AI is really useful although I don't think I'm using it to its full capacity. The transfer from the S22 was seamless. The connectivity to other devices such as car, tv,speakers etc has also been very straightforward and reliable. Very pleased with my new phone.
