Colours dull
Mixed reviews on this phone. It's absolutely awesome in many ways but a major flaw for me is the display. The colours are very bland almost pastel. What ever you do, do NOT compare it to your old handset. I remember when I changed my S8 to S20 wow what a difference in colours. This is so much worse than my S21 giving almost the same shock effect. Also the other let done is the shape. It feels very sharp in the hand.
Some of the good points for me are A) the battery life is tonnes better and B) the screen with regards to brightness and anti glare in sunlight.. amazing!
I just wish they could do something about the bland boring pastel almost greyscale colours

Best phone ever
I absolutely love the screen anti glare, brightness and how tough it is best screen on the market and nothing comes close to this. The speed and multi tasking is phenomenal never slows down no freezing, oh and the camera is out of this world. Also the amount of customisation is right up my street I can do everything I can think of that suits my style and the AI feature is a must circle search is absolutely great like you don't have go back and forth to search anymore and you can remove anything you want in pictures. Overall the best phone on the market, well worth the price too. You lose apple 🍎 SAMSUNG is the best out there.

Great phone!!
Really enjoying my new phone overall!! I was worried the phone would be too large but it really doesn't feel too big in your hand or pocket, if anything to me it feels like the perfect size. The camera is excellent as well. I have absolutely no complaints when it comes to the phone's specs! I upgraded from an S10 so the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of headphone jack which I am aware has been discontinued in phones for years now but is still something that is irritating for me as my previous phone did have one, and now I had to buy an adapter separately for my headphones. On top of this, there is no charger provided with the device when you buy it.

Next generation from Samsung
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I'm a massive tech guy I love the newest phones and I love android, Samsung has been my choice for quite some time now the sleek designs and newest tech have always bee a draw for me.
The good point
Soild phone
Great clean design
Flawless software
High resolution screen

Long support for updates

The not so good
A pretty carbon copy of last year's design
The s pen sticks out
The colours seam slightly washed out
Some small grips and one can be fixed with software.
I hope Samsung manage to keep pushing the tech into new avenues and advancements

Disappointing
Would be a lot happier if device had an sd card slot, also if ot didn't overheat so much while using video calls. Sent 1st phone back due to overheating, this one is no different. It limits the time I can spend on video calls to my family. As I have 10 grandchildren, with only 2 of them living near me, video calls are an important feature for me. For the price of this phone, the overheating and lack of memory slot is a big disappointment. I have had Samsung phones for years and years but I am already looking at my next upgrade, just a shame I have to wait 3 years to get it :(
It probably won't be a Samsung unless these issues are fixed

S24 Ultra
So I've had the S24 ultra for a month now and I have had a few problems, from the finger print scanner not working properly which is super annoying, to the Samsung browser opening up random web pages I don't even have open anymore to random flashes across the screen now and again.
I do regret swappingu fold 5 for it purely for the fact I never had a problem with that phone and the finger print scanner was so much better on the fold 5 and I wish they would implement the same side scanner on the S24 ultra.
They'res also simple things that don't work as well as they did on the fold 5 such as object eraser.

The best Samsung phone ever!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having always purchased Samsung phone, the S range continue's to improve with every launch and the S24 Ultra is no exception,
The new flat display is gorgeous, the washed out colours were immediately noticeable, however this will be fixed by a Firmware updated due end of February giving back the Vivid settings,
The S-Pen and new AI features are great, the best being they are baked into existing apps so no need to use a separate App for translation etc, which really is a game changer,
Looks amazing, great performance and new features and even better more intelligent battery life,

Simply the best
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quite simply this phone is unbelievable, from the moment you turn the screen out you are blown away by the quality. The screen is by far the best screen I’ve ever seen on a mobile phone, and with it being so big it’s just brilliant for everything from movies, social media to web browsing
The camera is just what you expect from Samsung, crystal clear with some really cool features like being able to remove items, people from photos that have already been taken.
There are so many cool features on this phone I could write about but all I can say to anyone thinking about buying it is definitely do it
