Rubbish
After just 3 weeks of using my flip5 2 fine lines appeared on the screen just where the phone folded. After calling Samsung to complain they advice they will replace it. But to replace it I had to send mine to them and now I have to wait 2 weeks without a phone, even though they have got my money. My husband did say not to buy one because they are rubbish but I liked the shape. To say that I'm angry for having to wait 2 weeks without a phone it's not enough said. Definitely wouldn't advise anyone to buy one.

Once again the hinge has failed on my Flip phone
Only had the phone a few months and once again like my 2 previous flip phones the centre fold area developed a black line and then a green stripe from the centre upwards and eventually the black line spread across the whole screen making the phone completely useless as the phone just goes haywire when touched

Flip 5 is a massive improvement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded to the Flip 5 and it has been a joy to use.
The phone feels better in the hand and has a better finish to the previous model.
The new expanded front screen is fantastic, and now has purpose rather than before it felt quite redundant to use.
The minimal 256gb memory is a very welcome edition.
the camera is great to use and i really enjoyed the Rapid burst mode.
I feel Samsung have gone for a marginal gains approach on upgrades to this phone, and this has worked wonders this time around.
overall this phone is great to use and i would highly recommend it.

Awful! Avoid
Awful design!
Purchased as I loved the look of the Flip 5, however it was a BIG mistake!!
I have had nothing but problems and trying to arrange a repair is near impossible.
Hinge faulty so phone does not sit flat and rocks like a boat when on a flat surface. The fold line across the middle of the phone is now very sharp too.
The phone is 12 months old and been like this for a while.
Battery life unworkable.
Not the quality or service you would expect from a Samsung product.
Stuck with this for another 2 years, due to being in a contract! ☹️

Fantastic phone
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was initially cautious especially due to the folding screen. It is a lovely large screen when unfolded. The screen is crisp and sharp, the additional outer screen is very handy. Even folded it is only slightly thicker than my current phone.
It's a great product and I am looking forward to testing the new model
After receiving the flip 5 the larger screen was an instant hit. It mans I can reply to messages etc without even opening my phone. It is very handy. The camera is brilliant and the live editing is fantastic. I love the new green colour. So pleased with the new phone.

Z-flip not worth the hype.
Does not have good connection to Internet. Phone is made of glass, not gorilla glass as advertised. Dropped phone and it all cracked. Expensive repair.
Lots of errors, on my phone and sisters. Would not buy again.

Although not significantly different from the Flip 4, minor tweaks in performance and battery life provide a slightly enhanced user experience. Its compact, sleek design continues to be a visual treat. If you are a fan of the Flip series, and appreciate incremental upgrades, the Flip 5 will not disappoint. The new cover screen on the front is incredible for carrying out small tasks with ease.

Disappointed in Z5 flip
Very disappointed with my z5 flip I have had the phone for about 14 months the battery life is not good I have to charge it every day I make sure that there is nothing running in the background to drain the battery, I have charged it as per your instructions yesterday I fully charged the phone I didn't use it for about 4 hours when I did the battery had dropped to 68% very disappointed with my phone. Sadly you don't make the galaxy Note any more I had 4 of them and they were one of the best phones you made in my opinion, not sure I will be buying another Samsung phone, I have been a Samsung customer for many years
