This rowing machine is a great addition to your home gym, which is perfect for muscle toning and can be used to strengthen the arms, chest, shoulders, lats, abs, etc.

Designed with 2-in-1 function, it can both work as a rowing machine and workout station. The pull handles is flexible, which allows you to do a variety of other exercises.
