How to Use the Amethyst Gua Sha

In the beginning, use amethyst Gua Sha once or twice a week to assess your skin’s tolerance; later, you can do it almost every day if needed.

Amethyst Roller and Gua Sha Combination

Often the best results are achieved when using amethyst Gua Sha together with your amethyst roller. Amethyst roller is very easy to use and significantly impacts your facial tissues, lymph and blood. The rolling open up pathways improve lymphatic flow and reduce puffiness and inflammation.

Amethyst roller reduces puffiness of the face, relieves facial tension, boosts circulation, and promotes lymphatic drainage, resulting in beautiful and glowy skin.

Use your amethyst roller at room temperature, or if you like the cool feeling, you can keep it in the fridge. Use light pressure on your face, neck and chest. Spend more time on the areas that feel more tension, like the jaw or between your eyes.

The larger end of the amethyst roller is better for larger surfaces like cheeks and forehead and the smaller end for delicate areas like the upper lip, chin, under eyes.

Instructions:

• Every time before starting with gua sha, apply the green tea oil to your face
• Forehead:  Keep gua sha flat and scrape with an upwards and outwards motion from the eyebrows to the hairline
• Cheeks: Scrape in an outwards motion starting from the crease of the nose towards the ear
• Jawline: Begin at the chin and scrape towards the ear
• Under-Eye area: Move from the inner corner of the eye outwards to the temple. be gentle as under-eye skin is very soft
