The best Coffee Grinder Ever
The manual coffee grinder was a present for my son who is a coffee connoisseur. I received it promptly and in perfect condition. He loves it. He keeps telling me how great it is.

Incredibly difficult to use
I bought this so that I could manually grind decaf coffee to use in a Sage espresso machine which I also bought from Harvey Norman. The sage coffee machine has 25 different grind settings and it was really easy to find the correct grind size so that the coffee comes out perfectly extracted. I can't say the same about this grinder! It is incredibly difficult to adjust the grind size and we have wasted so many coffee beans trying to get it right. We haven't been able to do so, and the coffee comes out either over, or under extracted. It cannot be adjusted precisely which might be fine if you're using coffee in a caffettiera, but not if you really like perfect coffee and are making it with an expensive espresso machine which requires the ability to adjust the grind finely.
It's also extremely difficult to grind the coffee! The material is polished metal so it's incredibly slippery and it's not ergonomically designed so that you can get a good grip on it. I have had to hold it between my knees while sitting down and gripping it with my hands as well. It's a major workout and can take almost 10minutes to grind enough for one coffee.
On top of this, there is no lid so bits of coffee fly out as you're grinding so you lose lots of the dose, and you have to hoover after. A complete disaster and waste of money!
Finally, it took almost 2 weeks to arrive and not the advertised 5 days. Very disappointing all round.
