Bluetens is a health device connected to an evolving and very easy to use application, created in collaboration with physiotherapists and with a medical certificate. Small but powerful, it concentrates its action around three major functions: electrotherapy, relaxing massages and muscle strengthening.

Customised programmes

Unlike most medical products, Bluetens is very light, weighing only 25 grams. The device connects automatically via Bluetooth 4.0 and is controlled by the smartphone application: the brain of Bluetens. The application is as intuitive and simple as the Bluetens, the main wheel allows you to select the body part, the second wheel the desired effect. A list of programs created by medical experts is presented, each program contains a full description of the action on your body. A diagram is included to explain to the user how to place the electrodes on the body part concerned. The Bluetens team is constantly developing the application by adding new functions and programmes.

Electrotherapy

If you are injured or suffer from chronic pain you will go to your sports doctor who will send you to a physiotherapist. The latter will probably use electrotherapy to get you back on your feet quickly. Bluetens uses exactly the same technology but it is miniaturised.

Relaxation

Unusual physical effort, stress, a tiring day, a series of programmes are proposed according to the area of the body to be treated. These programmes will work to relax the contracted area and will quickly give you a feeling of well-being.

Muscle strengthening

Bluetens can be used before, during or after physical effort, depending on the desired goal. Before to warm up the muscle, during to strengthen it, and after to relax it and avoid soreness. Bluetens helps you to strengthen a weaker or weakened area thanks to specific programmes
