These 4-season bird suet balls from Esschert Design offer a nutritious blend of high energy raw materials, perfect for feeding wild birds all year round.

Birds are very busy during spring. First, they must find a partner, then find a living space, lay eggs and raise their young ones. During summer they moult and get a new coat. In the fall they prepare for winter, and during winter they need more fat to maintain themselves at the right temperature. Birds can lose 10% of their body weight during a cold night.

In these fat balls, there are grains like wheat and black oat, seeds like sunflower seeds. They are also delivered without the plastic net, making it better for the birds and the environment. The holder consists of a steel basket on chains to easily hang in your garden or on your balcony. Later, you can fill the holder with one of the 35 suet balls.
