This Service Includes:
- Unpacking of appliance
- Positioning of appliance
- Plumb in of appliance
- Hanging of integrated door and reversal of door if required
- Power up
- Test the appliance to ensure there are no faults
- Removal of your old appliance
- Removal of all packaging
Integrated install service is only available for integrated products, such as integrated washing machines,dishwashers and fridges.
The current lead time for completing installations is 4 - 6 working days. Please note that this may vary depending on the location as some areas are busier than others.
Recommended for Integrated dishwashers,washing machines and Fridges/Freezers.
*Installations are subject to an on-site assessment before any work can commence. All installations are on a like for like basis regarding positioning, electrics and plumbing. We don't currently offer gas installation. Installation must be purchased with a delivery service. Prices may vary for selected large appliances.
This product only covers the installation of 1 unit. For the installation of multiple units, you must purchase additional installations.

Expert dish washerer from
Avoid weekend installations
The installation of my dishwasher was scheduled for a Saturday. The installers told me there was a problem with a valve on the plumbing under the sink and that i needed a plumber. They left me with no water supply in the kitchen which was a nightmare to deal with. Nearly a week later, having had a plumber visit to replace the valve, a different install team arrived. They looked at the valve that had been removed and informed us that there was nothing wrong with it. My thoughts? It was a sunny Saturday and the first team wanted to finish early, or perhaps they were incompetent. Dishwasher is now working fine and we have a water supply in the kitchen again:)

Broken pipe when installing dishwasher, took a week to fix
The worker pierced the drain pipe while installing the dishwasher. They left a broken dishwasher in the kitchen and told me that the shop is going to be in touch. Nobody called on the next day. On the 2nd day I called them and they promised to get back to me, but it didn't happen. On the 3rd day I insisted on a resolution and they scheduled a new dishwasher installation one week later. One week later, other guys came in and replaced the whole dishwasher without problems.
I understand that accidents happen, but I was disappointed how Harvey Norman handled it, as I had to chase them for multiple days.

Terrible job
I wish I did it myself. The installation of our dishwasher was not done right. When the drawers are pulled out the entire dishwasher falls forward. This is because they didn't fix it correctly. Essential parts were not used and dumped, I now have to order them from the company and do it right myself.

Disappointing service
I paid 70 euro for my American style Fridge Freezer. The only think that they did was to plug in. When I ask to callibrade in order to be strait the only answer that I receive was that I will not eat in close to it so the Freezer does not need to look strait, totally waste of money. They speeded less than 5 minutes no check if it is working fine or anything else.

Poor advice
Installer told me I had a problem with pipes and that installation could not be done. I subsequently had to call a plumber who told me there was no problem that they were not even looking at the right pipe. Had to pay the plumber too!

Can't complain but more could be done
Not very happy but not a disaster. The staff was not very polite and they put the door on the dishwasher back and it definitely didn't look like it was supposed to go. The customer service was instead very nice and tried to fix the issue swiftly and it's all sorted now. So, it wasn't a disaster, but I wasn't delighted. I would still advise Harvey Norman to a friend.

Good service, but poor communication of arrival time
Installers were quick and efficient in removing the old appliance and fitting the new one. They took their time to get the new appliance levelled and ensured it was running correctly before leaving. Lost a star because they called ahead in the morning to advise a delivery window of 1-3pm and didn't arrive until 4pm - guess they got delayed on other jobs through the day, but it wouldn't have taken much to call again and revise time, or acknowledge the delay when they arrived.
