The current lead time for completing installations is 4 - 6 working days. Please note that this may vary depending on the location as some areas are busier than others.
Recommended for free-standing dishwashers, washing machines and fridges requiring water feed.
*Installations are subject to an on-site assessment before any work can commence. All installations are on a like for like basis regarding positioning, electrics and plumbing. We don't currently offer gas installation. Installation must be purchased with a delivery service. Prices may vary for selected large appliances.
This product only covers the installation of 1 unit. For the installation of multiple units you must purchase additional installations.

Efficient
The team were fine, professional throughout. As I had a very old machine, there were issues with two pumps. They did try to put a 'sticky plaster' on the now redundant pump. They did advise me that I would need a plumber - which was a good thing because it did flood the kitchen within an hour of them leaving. This had nothing to do with the installment of the new machine, rather the oldness of my previous machine - I was glad I was made aware as to what might happen - it was a pity they could not have put a 'better sticky plaster' on it but they didn't just leave and not tell me of the potential issue - for that I was grateful.

Crap service - not worth the money, dont buy it.
For a company that specialises on installations - they sure are extremely poor at it. No requirements for a successfull install were sent in advance, they arrived and refused to complete the work because the cold water pipe was missing the little plastic cap to turn of water. I offered to turn it off myself or to turn off water for the whole house so they dont have to be concerned with it - and they still refused to complete the job. Ran to hardware store to buy the 60 cent cap, rang back an hour later and they said its to late that i have to reschedule - reschedule is a week away so im left with the old appliance that is non working and new on still in the box even thou i paid for installation for the next 7 days...

Home Appliance plumb
The product was meant to be delivered on a Saturday. I waited all day but it never arrived and no contact was made. After spending a lot of time on Monday morning calling various departments a new delivery time was arranged. When the delivery man went to plumb it he somehow caused a leak in the pipe. There was definitely no sign of a leak before this. He called us to let us know (our adult son was there to meet him) and left the appliance unplumbed. We had to turn off the water and wait to get a plumber fix the leak before we could install the machine. This made the whole experience expensive and frustrating.

Should have done it myself
Ordered a dishwasher and washing machine with the "plumb" service for both of them. The service is supposed to include "Test the appliance to ensure there are no faults". This was not done for either machine, I know this because the transport packaging was still in the dishwasher ie. washing arms still tied down and styrofoam still attached to the baskets. As for the washing machine, the "installers" connected the straight end of the inlet pipe to the back of the machine meaning that when it was pushed back into the recess it kinked the hose meaning no water could get to the machine when I ran a quick wash to check it was working. I then had to pull the machine out and switch the inlet pipe so that the 90 degree end was connected to the rear of the machine as it should be. All in all this was a waste of €130. Still have a lot more to buy for the house, dryer, freezer etc but will be looking elsewhere.

Very quiet machine
Machine has all functions I was looking for and surprised with v low working noise. When I used it for the first time I had to check if it was running as I could not hear it! So far, very happy with performance, looks, noise levels. Can recommend.

Worth it
I needed this up and running ASAP and being 13 years older than the last time I tried to manhandle and attach one of these I needed help. Very good, texted for my Eircode, turned up promptly, job done, quick demo and we were washing!
