Ordered the Sage Impress online, after an instore visit and the process couldn't have been easier. Received the notification that the unit was ready for collection and it was ready. Instructions were clear for the the collection and the management addressed some minor issues that arose during collection. Overall I'd recommend using Harvey Norman at Kinsale Rd and will personally use them again for other electrical purchases.

Fool proof coffee making
This is a fabulous machine and I absolutely love it! Making excellent coffee is pretty much fool proof with the assisted dosing and tamping. I've been able to make oat and almond milk coffees with the steamer no problem. I bought beans from my favourite coffee shop, and the quality is just as good, so I will save a coffee on takeaway coffees.

A good buy for someone unfamiliar with coffee making and needing to acquire milk texturing skills. However, it's not a fully automatic process - so look elsewhere if you want things to be fully automatic. It was purchased during a period it was on special offer - and on that basis it seems good value.

Highly recommend this machine
After having lengthy, informative chats with the sales advisor and trying to decide between 2 machines, this is the one that came out on top. The enclosed damper keeps any grinds from escaping or making a mess. This machine makes a beautiful coffee and remembers your grind settings.

absolutely love this coffee machine so pleased i got it makes fab coffee. very easy to use too. would recommend the coffee beans la scala brand to use with it beautiful! just sorry i didn’t get it sooner, def one of my best buys!

Sage Barista Express Impress
I think I am a Barista when I use this machine and the coffee is superb. The whole latte-art thing with the milk frother is still beyond me but I’m sure after some more YouTube videos I might triumph!

It takes a bit of time to get the machine dialed in but the manual takes you through all the steps for this which does make it easier. Once you dial it in it produces great coffee
