Good for €50 but it has flaws
We were convinced to buy by the price and overlooked a couple of flaws in the shop. It's been 2 weeks now that we are using it.
The lock/unlock lever to put in the capsule is a little stiff and can see this breaking.
The drip tray attachment is flimsy, and many of our mugs don't fit under the spout. We've propped it up on a box on our counter.
The machine reads the capsule and prepares the drink size automatically. However, a couple of times now it has given an error saying the capsule is already used and won't dispense the coffee so wasting perfectly good unused pods which is disappointing.

Problems.
The opening/closing of this machine is certainly not for those with weak or arthritis of the hands. Perhaps a notice to that effect should accompany the model's description. When starting a new pod, a little of the previous coffee will exit first - every time. The froth on the coffee can be very dense and a bit 'solid' and unpleasant. This can be alleviated by putting some milk in the cup first - not a great solution. The pods for this machine can only be ordered online and the 45euro voucher promised with the first order is of three 15euro discounts.

Coffee Machine
Havery Norman is excellent to deal with. Customer service is first class. I spoke to a representative Cathy who helped me decide on coffee machine as i was torn between two of team. Cathy was knowledgeable, genuine and honest. She was not pushy in anyway. I finally decided on what coffee machine to buy with her wealth of knowledge, experience/s whilst allowing me to choose the right machine for me. Without Cathy i would have struggled to choose. All i can say is great service and thanks so much.

Best value for money you can buy
We've been using the machines for a couple of weeks now and are super pleased with our purchase. Currently, this is the best value for money nepresso machine you can buy in Ireland. The only thing to keep in mind, is that it does take a decent amount of space in the kitchen. Other than that, we highly recommend it.

A pop of colour to your coffee
I got this as a gift and my mom absolutely loved it , it works so amazingly and there is such a variety of colours to match everyone’s personality, she loves her coffees from this as it’s a cheap and convenient way for her it was also a ready good price and worth the money

Great price from Harvey Norman. It's a small compact and modern coffee machine. Very quick and easy too use. The pods are convenient for on the go and the coffee is delightful for all coffee lovers I recommend this. Its also would be an ideal Christmas present.

Compact and very smart
Really happy with this coffee machine, its very easy to use, nice and compact and it heats up very fast, I love how it knows which pod your putting in and how much water to pump through, very cool
