Now for the review of someone not affiliated with Sage!

The new "Milq" technology produces very very foamy cappuccino style milk that at least doubles the milk volume and instead of velvety smooth milk you end up with very airy watery milk. The espresso is ok the water tank you will have to fill pretty much every day and also empty the water tank every day at least. The hot water spout is reaaalllyyy rubbish bubbling ad spitting all over the place, it is more like a steam wand ejecting water rather than the excellent previous generation Oracle Touch
I have/had the previous Oracle Touch which produced great coffee and great milk (still waiting for Sage support to bother to answer my email to get it repaired).
Overall I have to say I am really disappointed with this which is interesting because all the "unbiased" reviews seem to suggest it is brilliant (it isn't)

Super easy and stylish
Disappointed with the quality of milk froth, otherwise this would have received 5 stars.
Brought to replace an oracle touch which was having some issues with the boiler unit. Liked that this machine doesn’t use boilers so hoped it would be a winner
Coffee making and ease of use are fab. My only issue is the milk just doesn’t froth like the oracle touch used to. Even at number 8, the froth is watery at best and certainly not foamy and smooth.
Otherwise it’s a great, intuitive coffee machine.

Disappointed after great start
After working great for 2 weeks it is now running very fast and recommending grind setting 1 continually, which gives very bitter coffee. Never had this issue with Sage Touch. I use fresh ‘roasted on date xxx’ beans and it doesn’t matter it is very inconsistent. Tired emailing & complaining. No reply 🥹

An excellent assisted machine for true espresso.
First, I have little to no influence over anyone or anything, so had to buy this with my own money.
The most important thing is that it makes incredibly good espresso with little effort on the behalf of the user. If you want to call yourself a home barista and play with WDT tools and the like, you should already know this machine is not for you. If you just want a machine that is almost as convenient as one of those awful full auto bean to cup machines, but actually makes coffee that is better than the majority of coffee shops, here you go.
I personally only empty the drip tray maybe twice a week after 2 drinks a day with the usual cleaning and warming shots and purges. The auto milk steaming is good for me. Yes, a skilled person can get better results manually, but I've had more worse rather than better in cafes personally.
That said, I have had minor issues. I've had a few "wavy tamps", although this seems to be fixed by leaving the basket a little damp. I've also noticed that the cleaning menus are light themed despite setting dark theme. This is jarring and makes the UI feel a little half baked, I'm reminded of 2014 android phones(I am sight impaired, and the dark theme is actually the difference between me being able to use the screen and not, so I probably notice this more than most). Hopefully this is rectified in a software update.
On the subject of improvements, I think they should make and start including an 18g basket. A great addition would be a large font option and maybe a different tone if the extraction doesn't run correctly, it's frustrating to have such a big display and such small info like the shot clock (as I mentioned, I'm sight impaired, but I think these could benefit everyone). I would also love to see an "advanced" menu to give us a bit more control over the machine.
All that said, it's an excellent machine. It grinds, distributes and tamps a surprisingly consistent dose (yes, I weighed it) which it extracts into a tasty, well balanced (triple) espresso.

Very easy to use great coffee
Hi brought this machine about 3 weeks ago after owning an Sage oracle machine for about 8 years,
it is a great machine and works well, my only bug is that it switches off randomly as there is no sort of a timer to keep the machine on for a certain amount of time, only good thing is that it is so quick to re start, but it is a bit of a pain

Don't walk to the shops to buy this run!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All I can say is WoW WoW WoW!! This machine is amazing, sturdy and very well made. Having mastered making a Latte at home, it's as easy as anything, and takes no time at all. I love this product, the coffee is as if I had bought it from the coffee shop, I am very impressed.

Great machine, worth every penny
I previously had the sage Oracle Touch, this machine is on parallel with the coffee taste and milk frother. The bonus is the additional features and drinks it can make, plus the bonus of being ready to make your drink within seconds. If you want a machine that does it all for you, this is brilliant.

This is some serious bit of kit!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow… this is some machine. My first proper coffee maker, with no pods involved! Bean to cup coffee. I will admit this was daunting to set up but I had nothing to worry about. The set is all done on the screen and will prompt you along each step.
The water compartment is at the rear and holds a good amount of water and it’s comes with a filter. The machine is manoeuvrable by using the wheel lock lever located underneath the drip tray.
You have to find the grind of the coffee beans, it’s advised to start on 15, i settled on 19. Maybe it’s due to my beans. The coffee is delicious, I chose the latter option. Yes you can select different coffee options on this machine. The milk frother was easy to use, just keep an eye on it so doesn’t over heat. The coffee is coffee shop quality!
This is some serious bit of kit!
Love the accessory tray which is hidden in the drip tray. Not yet clean it as I’ve only made 4 coffees so far but I’m sure this won’t be an issue.
It looks sleek, expensive and gives my kitchen the wow factor.
