How practical it is
The cream colour is a paler cream than I expected but it is lovely. The water level viewing glass is not easy to see if you are only putting in a mug of water. I liked the lid it is easy to pull off and fill the kettle, and the spout is plastic so does not fur up with hard water deposit . My daughter thinks it looks really trendy with the textured finish.

The Equisite range
Quality is very good as you would expect from Russell Hobbs . I like that the kettle is not steel because you can sometimes burn your arm on regular kettles . I love the design very catchy . We got the grey one it’s gorgeous . Also because it’s plastic based not as noisey as the steel kettle when boiling

2 year warranty a joke
Do not be fooled by Russell Hobbs two year guarantee unless you descale your kettle every month, regardless of what type of water you use (hard/soft). My kettle broke after 16 months - the on/off switch would not work, but they declined any responsibility as I had not descaled the kettle every month!!

Stylish but functional
I actually needed a new toaster but always like my kettle and toaster to match. So I bought they grey Inspire Russell hobbs kettle and toaster as a bundle deal. I absolutely love them. Very stylish looking, lightweight and easy to use ... very smooth pouring. Highly recommended.

Poor Quality Kettle
I had this kettle bought me but within 3 weeks the automatic shut off failed intermittently. After 2 replacements that had exactly the same fault, I requested an alternative kettle which also had the same fault!! Beware as this could damage your home.
